Once you've reached Vancouver Island...
From Duke Point Terminal,
Nanaimo:
Follow Highway #1 North until it changes to Highway #19.
Follow #19 North to the Parksville area, then watch for signs leading
you off Highway #19 to Highway #4 West and/or Port Alberni.
From Departure Bay Terminal,
Nanaimo:
Follow Highway #19 North to the Parksville area, then watch for signs
leading you off Highway #19 to Highway #4 West and/or Port Alberni.
From Downtown Victoria:
Travel north on Douglas Street until it turns into Highway #1. Follow
Highway #1 until you reach Nanaimo where you change to Highway #19. Follow
Highway #19 North to the Parksville area, then watch for signs leading
you off Highway #19 to Highway #4 West and/or Port Alberni.
From Sydney, B.C. (near
Victoria):
Follow Highway #1 north until you reach Nanaimo where you change to Highway
#19. Follow Highway #19 North to the Parksville area, then watch for signs
leading you off Highway #19 to Highway #4 West and/or Port Alberni. Note:
When you first leave the Ferry at Sydney, Highway #1 travels south for
approximately 1/2 hour, then follow the signs that will take you north
on Highway #1 to Nanaimo.
